At our new location at La Vid #205, Tablas de la Virgen neighborhood, in León, Guanajuato, we offer:

- Pyrolysis furnace with volumetric capacity of up to 6 m3 and 2 tons of material
- Various hydro washers with pressure of up to 7,000 Psi
- Manual sandblasting booth with dimensions of 0.80 m x 0.80 m x 1.00 m
- Mobile sandblasting equipment for larger parts and attachments for hydro blasting
- Rinse area with water recovery pit with a capacity of 3 m2
- Main cistern with a volume of 80 m3 and 3 secondary cisterns of 7 m3 each, used for the wastewater treatment system resulting from parts rinsing.

Our Services
The services we offer are primarily focused on the cleaning, stripping, fabrication, maintenance, and restoration of metal elements such as sheet metal, racks, fixtures, jigs, automotive, industrial, and agricultural parts.
Pyrolysis Process
A highly specialized and environmentally-friendly process for the removal of paints, varnishes, epoxy materials, oils, and grease.
Main applications:
1) Removal of paints and coatings from hangers, hooks, fixtures/tooling, jigs/templates, racks, grates, supports, and metal parts used in industrial processes.
2) Cleaning of automotive parts such as brackets, supports, cylinder heads, engine blocks, crankshafts, connecting rods, exhaust manifolds, and aluminum parts in general.
3) Cleaning of electric motors, particularly stators, housings, bells, terminals, and any other painted or lubricated metal part.
Paint Stripping Peeling Process
A process that requires the use of stainless steel tanks for the removal of paints, varnishes, epoxy materials, oils, and grease through the application of acidic, alkaline, solvent, rinse, and water-based anti-oxidant solutions compatible with pre-treatment processes involving phosphate and zirconium.
Main applications:
1) Removal of paints, coatings, and as a cleaning pre-treatment for industrial parts such as sheet metal and general furniture.
2) Cleaning and removal of coatings from automotive metal parts, especially appearance and final finish parts.
3) Cleaning of movable components for industrial machines and equipment.
Mechanical Processes
The use of mechanical removal tools and equipment through abrasion involves the use of solid abrasives such as silicates and oxides in various forms.
This process can be applied dry or wet depending on the condition, type of material being worked on, and the available workspace.
Main applications:
1) Removal of paints, coatings, and rust on metal parts such as racks, containers, and metal structures.
2) Cleaning and restoration of automotive parts with embedded rust and putty.
3) Pre-treatment, cleaning, and surface preparation process. Removing imperfections, embedded dirt, burrs, and metal scales for heavy machinery and structural material.
Design, development, manufacturing, cleaning, modification, and restoration of sheet metal fabrication, racks, jigs, and fixtures for productive, quality, and materials handling processes.
Design and manufacturing of custom plugs for the coating application industry.
Manufacturing and assembly of low complexity sub-assemblies (According to customer requirements).
Collection and disposal of special management waste (Pallets, Paper, Cardboard, Metal Waste, Resins and Plastics, Stone Materials, etc…).
